Things I want to do

1. Open up a bakery that makes savory bread with kickass flavorful crust

2. Create a modern taiwanese noodle experience with an emphasis on beef noodles and mf-awesome quality

been thinking about both 1 and 2 for a while. I love the Zingerman bread from my days in Ann Arbor. Serious goodness that was evident in each bite, enough flavor that makes you want to really chew and taste your food. I have not found anything close to it since. Beef noodle is a personal passion. Japanese ramen is all the rage these days. But if u ask me to choose as my last bowl of noodle between my favorite beef noodle and my favorite ramen, I will always pick beef noodle. This experience has not be polished and packaged the same way ramen has. Definitely there is room for a valid business…
